Over the past few years I have been extremely conscious about and unhappy with a patch of hair growing on my chin. My partner encouraged me to book an appointment. I went in feeling extremely anxious, however my consultant Holly couldn't of been nicer and really put me at ease. We purchased lazer hair removal of the neck and upper lip. With each session my confidence grew and my anxiety over going was almost gone. I couldn't be happier with the results I have had, I am no longer self conscious over it and have chosen to get lazer hair removal on other areas aswell. I had some warts on my nose and back. The doctor took his time identifying what they were, then explained them and their removal process. All of which I was expecting. On the second appointment he removed all three, quickly and with a good bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable and his assistant also was attentive. The reception team was brilliant as well.
