        I bought a PCP (on recommendation of the sales assistant) from this service - I was not happy with the performance and wanted to return the item 4 days later. The shopowner refused to refund the item. He did however offer to buy it back for half it value. The shopowner stated that he doesn't care about customer satisfaction, and because the items performance is satisfactory to him it is therefore non refundable. He had no insight into consumer legislation. I have contacted the ombudsman..
