        We booked for two nights through Airbnb and were told by Luxuriant Stays we would be sent the key-safe code but had not received this by the time we arrived. Five of us sat outside in our cars while I frantically tried to contact the owner...no response. Airbnb tried too...no response. We were forced to book rooms in a hotel costing us three times what we had spent on the contracted accommodation. Outrageous.
