Ordered collection, had to wait longer than told on the phone, was t anyone else waiting either so wasnt busy, multiple members of staff behind counter, was rude and not welcoming, when I arrived home there was items missing off my order and calculated what I had paid and had been over charged, rang the shop to discuss the missing items from order and was told they couldnt speak english even though had just easily place order over the phone and they spoke English whilst I was in the store, they hang up the phone and ignored my calls after this! Will not recommend or return.
