Having worked for Advance and the management team since 2005, originally only planned to do a few months for them and move on to the next agency, I've worked on a lot of different contracts for them and always found them helpful and professional with any new contract I've been on. I've covered every start time around the clock and covered last minute ad hoc shifts aswell as long term placements. Any issue's I've ever had have always been dealt with through a simple phone call. I've had bad days with them and have on occasion thought the grass was greener with other agencies, but have always gone back to Advance within a few weeks as I've not found anywhere to match them in the last 18 years.
