Jay is an outstanding therapist. He's knowledgeable, personable, direct and highly skilled. So much came into focus for me while working with him. I valued his insight and recommend him without hesitation.

Oh my.... be prepared for tough love. I was broken and at rock bottom when I first met Jay and could not imagine being where I am now. I am a better person having had his therapy. Jay is direct and explains you're actions, emotions & feelings, gives you targets and goals, just wished I had listened from the start. I can honestly say I've never felt so happy with myself and my place in the world. Although I am grateful that I no longer need to see him, I will be returning if I feel I need some help in the future. never met such a connective guy he just gets it.

Jay is a fantastic therapist. From just my 1st session I came away more positive and felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. His sessions have help me make some conflicting and hard decisions and put my life back on a positive path. Thank you Jay for helping me. I will be back for some catch up sessions. 5 stars and highly recommended for anyone wanting to talk or needing help. Don't be afraid to ask.

First of all, I want to thank Jay. This amazing man literally changed my life. Jay is, no doubt, an excellent therapist, who helped me deal with my past as no-one else ever has and, because of that, my future too. But he is so much more than that. As others have mentioned in reviews, Jay just gets people. He understands the effect of trauma, in its various guises and, the best part, helps you find the best way to deal with it. This is very personal and individual. This is not therapy by the book, but from the heart.

Jay is an extremely amazing therapist. Incredibly intuitive and observant - be prepared for him to sum you up and get to the crux of fixing your challenges quickly! He's empathetic whilst being tough when he needs to be. He's really helped me over the last several months and always enjoy our sessions (even if they have been difficult ones!)
