Excellent experience with Dawson Properties, the landlords are fantastic and always available to provide assistance. The flat we moved into was well maintained and clean, very secure property and the landlords were great with getting electric/water services set up. They respond quickly to emails and were overall very pleasant. Strongly recommend!

Stayed at a Dawson property for 1 year as a student and couldn't recommend them enough as landlords! Their property was up to an incredible standard for students, with good quality rooms and features. They were also perfect landlords by always responding to our needs and making sure we were comfortable and coming to the property if we ever needed anything replacing or fixed -sometimes within an hour of us contacting them with the problem. The whole team at Dawson properties were very friendly and always chatted with us whenever they were round as well as making sure they replied to our emails and phone calls very quickly. Thank you very much to Dawson properties for all they have done for us!!

Been a tenant for 2 years and cannot hold in any higher regard. Provided lovely and clean housing, and were incredibly swift and helpful should any problem arise
