This company who Leanna came to training workshop and I felt that she delivery was great and very useful important information. No confused or too much... Easy to understand and learn simple. Also she is always listen other people if any questions or concerns and give answers and patient when I don't understand information she explained repeat. I would recommend use her company as she have experience basic Deaf Awareness. Looking forward more training soon. 9/10
