Friendly and Helpful. I went there to apply my passport. The man in the shop area explain me everything and help me all the way. Highly recommend

Tried sending a parcel here today lady very helpful when after explaining everything guy behind the till interrupting very rude won't be sending via this post office again

Mr Samilan (hope ive been given the correct name) is very rude, unpolite, unprofessional and has no idea whatsoever what customer service means. I went in with my package (2 items) for return. Before trying to return i tried to explain to him that last week we had 2 items to return. We had them in one box and he sent us home to repack and bring them back. We repacked and brought it back but after scanning the QR codes the same Samilan said that actualy needs to be in one box. We had to repack again, which we did and then he accepted. Trying to avoid the same experience today i asked him if possible to check first the QR codes then send me to repack. Instead he started to overtalk me and when i asked him to listen to my story to the end he said that he knows better and : get out of the office. I asked him if he is kicking me out and he repeated couple more times: get out of the office then he was laughing at other customers saying im causing drama when i started to have a panick attack. When i asked for a manager he said the manager is sleeping now and will come later. The blonde lady at the other till was very kind and brought me a glass of water and a tissue as i was all in tears. Never ever anybody treated me like this as a customer. Then we checked with the lady what can be done. When she tried the QR code indeed was showing one QR code for two items, so i was right. Instead my day is ruined by the completely unpolite, rude man and im not the only unhappy customer as i see. When i asked again for a manager to talk to ive been told this time there is no manager and the brilliant just get out of the office. Honestly, this man has nothing to do in this or any other locations that implies customer service. I tryly hope your CCTV has sound, but even it doesnt you can easily see him pointing me to the door. He has been disrespectful not inly to me but also to the manager telling the customers he is sleeping!!!! Nobody deserves this kind of treatment and i strongly hope there will be something done about it. Thank you
