        Appauling service. Decide to close early whenever they want, despite other post offices being able to stay open longer. Yes, even on Bank Holiday weekend. Fake technical problems when they cant be bothered to take any more parcels. Sweet voiced lady is actually very abrupt and rude. I would avoid and go to Brixworth (who are lovely and deal with all the customers Whitehills have pee'd off). You have a bad reputation in Northampton, it wont surprise me if you go down hill and end up having to close. Avoid

        Rude and not helpful people. Very long waiting time. I drop my parcel at 3oclock ant they said can't accept because is to big and they don't have enough space.

        Cannot believe these people ..... extremely rude and unhelpful..got there at 1735 hrs ( closes at 1800) to post a parcel.. was told to come back tomorrow... total lack of politeness...unwillingness to help. Is this any way to run a business to serve the community??? Will never use this place again.# useless !!!!
