They run all new pipework, but while doing that they damaged old soil pipe connection which started leaking. At first attempt they just smeared connection with pipe cement from outside, still leaking. then few days later applied silicone glue. still leaking. They come again and said connection needs to be changed and I need to pay them. I told the plumber that I don't have to pay to correct their mistakes. He said I need to call office and agree with them about this. They didn't answer my calls since then, after week unsuccessfully trying to contact them I had to get someone else to fix it. Had bath removed & walk in shower installed and tiled. Tilling is not their forte, spacers left in grout,cracked tiles. Three times they didn't turn up as agreed ,wasting three of my days of work. I got that stressed out about it ,I just settled up so I could get them out my life & put it down to a bad experience. Service: Shower installation
