Today Dan and Tony went the extra mile for us. They fitted a new central heating pump and serviced our boiler. Later I put the heating on and all the radiators were performing well apart from one. I rang to ask if they could think of a solution and were so pleased and impressed when they kindly offered to come back this afternoon and flush out the radiator to see if they could get it to perform as well as the rest. Whilst waiting for the radiator to heat up Dan kindly explained how I could make my heating as efficient as possible and answered all my questions - what a great service. I highly recommend Hartwell & Son - its rare to find tradesmen who care so much and know what great customer experience means - many thanks

Simon and Dan father and son came over to measure up our bathroom, we were planning on going with someone else but the info and ideas they put over to us gave us so much confidence in them, the quote came in and it was almost the same as who we were originally going to go with but we decided to give these family guys a try and we do not regret it! A few problems acured due to previous bad workman ship but nothing was a problem to them they tackled everything in there stride and even down to leaving at the the end of they day they were clean never a mess anywhere all professional easy going and amazing finish. We are so happy with everything they have done that we have just asked them for a boiler quote. Work completed to the highest standard, would fully recommend them. I've had my bathroom and toilet/shower room transformed and they look Fabulous. Also had new boiler and radiators fitted. Very friendly and trustworthy.
