Joseph did a great job to install a new boiler for us as previous one was old and not well maintained at all. Very knowledgeable about his craft and passionate about what he does. Excellent professional job and gave detailed recommendations before and after the job was completed. Would definitely use his services again for any future work. Highly recommend to anyone needing his services. Will not let you down and goes over and above, into the night in this case making sure the job is complete. Thank you.

We were without heating and hot water due to a very old and beyond repair hot water tank failure. Nordly worked really quickly to get a quote across for approval and even worked at the weekend to get the job done. Nordly provided great customer service asking when was convenient to arrive and then explained exactly what was required. He was very thorough in all aspects of the job and was prepared to work as long as necessary to get us back up and running. We also had a couple of other plumbing jobs that he took care of. I would definately use Gas Ops Heating again.

We just moved to Northampton and needed our 25 year old boiler with unvented tank in the airing cupboard replacing with a combi boiler. We turned to Gas Ops Ltd run by Nordly Joseph as we had seen the work van close to our house and his reviews were excellent. We asked him to quote and he visited straight away and we had the very reasonable quote the next day. Our new combi-boiler has now been fitted by Nordly and we are delighted with the result.The old boiler and airing cupboard tank have gone.His attention to detail and workmanship is of the highest order and he explains everything that needs to be explained. Very respectful of our property too. Exceptionally tidy making sure everything is cleaned up as he goes. We will use him again and would have no hesitation recommending his services to others.

When you have people to do work in your house there is usually something that you are not happy with, not so in this case. Not a single complaint from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. Dust sheets laid, countertops covered. The boiler replacement was as ordered as was all the auxiliary items that I had requested. All waste was removed and the property left clean and tidy. We were kept informed of work progress and shown the flushing of the radiator and pipes. On completion the commissioning of the boiler was explained to us and were given the time to ask any questions. The terms were favourable giving reassurance that they were not a fly by night company important as this was the first time we had employed them although they were recommended by a neighbour. Thank you from a most satisfied customer that has already booked them for two additional plumbing jobs, changing of en-suite taps and upgrading the radiators when the weather is warmer. Thank you 5*
