After i my order during1 hour and 30 min callings them they says they dont have the right incredients me and my husband stay all night on toilet feeling seek Definitely i never order again

Checked after an hour, to be told the system was down and they didnt know what our order was. Took nearly another hour to arrive. Repeatedly called 'brother' by the person who answered phone who said the manager would called but didnt. Wont bother again. One of the most expensive and the chocolate brownie desert was horrible.

Order arrived, not ours, pizza missing, called shop. Don't care log it with deliveroo not their problem! Shame I had to give a star. Avoid the rude manager too. -5 stars

Awful experience!! First time having Papa Johns and waited an hr and a half for the food to be delivered! We live 1.5 miles from them. Called twice and was told both times it was with the driver, which would mean it was with the driver for the least 40 minutes!?!? Second time calling them up and complained about the waiting time and was asked what I wanted to do?! After pointing out it wasn't my responsibility to find a solution, I was offered a free drink! (...we already had a drink with our order.) Was then told I could cancel and a refund would be given, but supposedly couldn't give a refund for the delay. Asked to speak to whoever was in charge and lo and behold, it was the same person I was already talking to! After a bit of back and forth, eventually a refund was offered without having to cancel... although I wish I had! Pizza was mediocre, but found what can only be described as a tooth in it!! Barely ate it, and would never use them again! Service was so poor, food not much better. AVOID!!
