Ordered on the app for collection, pizza said it was ready. Walked inside, told to wait 7 minutes. Ended up waiting 23 minutes as the pizza wasnt even in the oven yet. Two people standing around and I dont think I saw anyone wash their hands once. All you have to do is update people.
