When we needed to change our office printer our expectations weren't high - we were frustrated by companies who promised the world but didn't deliver. Syncro were the complete opposite. From the start they were realistic, friendly and professional - we are pleased with the machine they recommended and their prices were very competitive. In addition their customer service is excellent, they go above and beyond offering the sort of service you hope to get but rarely do these days. We're extremely happy to be working with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other businesses.

We've been with Synchro around 2 years and can't fault their service. When problems arise, you book them to come in and they come in really quickly, usually the same day. You get an email to confirm the booking and time, so you know how to plan around the issues. We have very high standards to maintain for our customer mock samples and the equipment supplied meets these and when we do get the odd problem, Synchro solves them quickly and efficiently. Matt is our contact and he really couldn't more helpful. He cares about getting the job done and goes out of his way to solve any issues. I can't recommend them highly enough.
