Jhoots Pharmacy

Ive just walked passed this Pharmacy and it funnily had the shutters closed with a polite notice stating the following - We are closed for the day as we do not have responsible pharmacists. I was not surprised one bit! My mother who worked here for a number of years told us many a times of short staff, when staff were recruited they shortly left after as the pharmacy wasnt ran well. She herself was left exhausted and stressed many of times due to her workload being overwhelming and disrespected and it was sad to see her coming home feeling the way she did. After working for 20+ years it was working at Jhoots pharmacy for a couple of years that shes decided to take some time off of work after being treated so poorly (ironically due to being understaffed, working more than her contracted ours to help, train juniors and to then be told it wasnt necessary) it looks to me they havent improved their terrible management and theres no wonder to why I found it closed,. However the audacity to blame irresponsible pharmacists is probably an exaggeration to cover their poor management of taking care of employees.

Rotten Pharmacy. Check their trust pilot reviews. The response from the owners on the replies shows their level of arrogance. Never like to admit where they go wrong. Changed to Well Pharmacy which is only up the road.

It was closed last Friday and again today!! I will look for a new pharmacy. Hardly have any medicines in stock.

Helpful staff, but cough mixture extortionate price of 9.30, same in sainsbury 4.60

Abysmal pharmacy. Was told my prescription wasn't ready/received 3 times in the matter of 24 hour's. Do not use!!
