The service I had here was appalling. Staff incorrectly filed my information therefore having incorrect contact information. I had been in 5 times to find that my information was still incorrect. When I did eventually get notified that my prescriptions were ready to collect, I would turn up only to find out they hadnt got all my items. I filed a complaint after I told them that it was getting ridiculous and they somehow decided to blame me for their incompetence. The pharmacy staff have been useful and are generally friendly so will give them a star but otherwise I would try to avoid this place if possible. FYI - my new surgery and pharmacy have never had any issues with my information and I dont feel stressed out anymore.
