        My dogs first time at the groomers and I definitely will not be back and would advise others to go somewhere else. Very rude and unfriendly staff and not a nice feeling inside the shop. Wish I had of gone with my gut and walked straight out. My pup looks like he has been hacked into. The staff took no responsibility and should be ashamed of themselves and how they groomed my dog.

        The dog loves coming here which is a great sign! Friendly, affordable, esp with the 'frequent flyer' discounts, the pup always comes out looking spiffy and v pleased with herself.
