My 8 month puppy Vinny just had his first visit to Buffy's and Jen was brilliant. Will definitely be going back.

Wally loved his spa and groom - looks great - first time but already booked for 6 weeks time - thank you and well done

Clearly arrived at this groomer on a bad day today. Never seen anyone react in such a stroppy manner because my vets didnt follow her instructions during my dogs appointment. (Which I booked under her advice, so not entirely sure why I got the brunt end). Given I am neither a groomer nor a vet I tend to go with the opinion of the experts rather than tell people how to do their jobs. Didnt understand her aggressive reaction. She was extremely rude and I felt very uncomfortable. I usually use Muddy Paw who I never have any issues from, but had closed temporarily due to staff sickness. Naturally, I expect barking when in a dog groomers, but not from the groomer herself, zero customer service today. Shame really, nice groom. But her attitude was absolutely awful and I wouldnt use this service again. Felt her approach was completely unwarranted.
