Top PT. Been having weekly sessions with Leon for over 2 months now and seen a real change and progressing well against the targets we set. Always on time and clear on what he wants you to do. Pushes me when I need it and encourages all the time.

I have been training with Leon for over a year now, hes lovely, professional & very knowledgable. Always easy to talk to and encouraging. I quickly noticed so much improvement in my strength, fitness and tone (and so did others)- which hit my main aims. I have progressed far more than I had when I used to gym by myself preCOVID. I have gained understanding with which excercises to do, how to combine excercises and sets/reps to have a targeted workout. Importantly, I had previously had an injury, so Leon was able to correct any issues I had with form and posture. He also confirmed to principles that my physiotherapist had also taught me previously, which is why I can reccomend him in complete faith. 11/10 the best PT!

I am very happy with service from Leon Coupe Fitness, I got a personalised plan put together very precisely to meet my needs, focusing on my weaknesses. Regular feedback and macro adjustments based o my reports. In general working with Leon put me at a greatest shape of my life and I am pushing for more. Highly recommended!

Ive been seeing Leon for a while now and hes helped me so much with understanding how to keep fit and my nutritional needs, hes very motivational and personable and I highly recommend him for anyone from beginners to more experienced as he has an excellent ability of tailoring his services
