I have been training with Alex twice a week for the past 3 years, her knowledge and passion have been at the forefront of each session. Alex took the time to identify the movements and exercises I enjoyed most, meaning I saw a difference with my weight, strength and fitness in a very short space of time. Over the 3 years we have progressed to Alex training me for various fitness/strongman competitions .Friends and family have started using Alex after seeing my successes. I cannot recommend Alex highly enough and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with her.

I have known Alex for a few years now. I first met her when I signed up to an 8 week course (which combined kettle bell classes alongside daily nutritional guidance) after multiple lockdowns. During this time, Alex helped me to get back on track with food choices and prioritise my nutritional needs, meaning that I felt more satiated after every meal. Being a type 1 diabetic, vegan and having previously had an eating disorder, Alex demonstrated her ability to adapt her guidance to what was best for me - she definitely does not have a one size fits all approach and this was clear in her support during this time. More recently, I have started to use Alex's online coaching service for strength training (predominantly strong man focused). My strength has increased noticeably and Ive seen improvements in multiple lifts such as deeper squats, faster times on moving events (such as the yoke and sandbag carrying), lifting progressively heavier weights and overall improved form. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: she ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. she is extremely reliable & prompt when giving session feedback and writing the training plan for the following week. she is adaptable to the needs of her client, and the key thing here (and the reason she is so good) is because she listens and empathises with every individual situation. I know multiple people who use Alex's service and the reoccurring theme is how much she cares and is dedicated to the job that she does. I strongly recommend Alex's service. She is everything you would want in a personal trainer; considerate, knowledgeable, passionate and most importantly, focused on helping me to achieve my goals.

Alex has been brilliant with me, her knowledge on food and nutrition is second to none and shes really educated me on how best to fuel myself. The PT sessions are always different and interesting and I always look forward to them, she has helped me physically and mentally and I couldnt be more grateful

I asked Alex for help with weight loss after I gained weight when I hit the menopause. Alex took account of my levels of activity, my life stage and my eating habits. She helped me to understand what I should be eating and why. With her support, she set me on a path of weight loss and much better eating habits. Alex is so supportive, encouraging and really approachable. I cant sing her praises high enough and would really reccomend her and her services.
