    I've only been going a couple of months, but my fitness has improved dramatically. I don't believe I would be able to push myself in a gym like I can with the group. Everyone is really friendly and I have a renewed love for exercise!

    Really enjoy QPF. Everyone is super friendly and Owen is extremely motivational. The exercises are always varied and great fun. There are lots of options and different days to attend.

    I Joined Queens Park Fitness in September, feeling very nervous as my fitness levels were zero . I was made to feel very welcome and at ease immediately by Owen and all of the group members, my fitness levels have improved so much over the past 10 months and I feel so much better in myself, the classes are all very different and always fun I love working out outside which is something I never thought I would say . If you are thinking of coming along go for it, my only regret is not joining sooner!

    Best fitness group I've ever attended. Owen isn't at all pushy or military like you might expect from an outside bootcamp. He is amazing at knowing exactly how far to push each individual to reach their own potential. The group will soon become family and I genuinely look forward to attending
