Mariusz (sculpt your physique)is a truly excellent trainer. He is the perfect combination of tough and friendly and he works with the whole person which includes mentally, emotionally and physically. For example motivating me while I was losing interest as I saw no progress. Because of his efforts, I am stronger and can lift more , I have better balance and most importantly, working out has become part of my routine rather than a chore. He goes beyond the agreed session as he gives so much advise he has acquired over the past 11 years so you get your monies worth. I recommend him without a question.
