Ruth made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. She explained the process thoroughly and made sure all my questions were answered. She showed be the the shape of the eyebrows to make sure I was happy with them and I felt totally relaxed whilst she was tattooing and we chatted throughout. As for the end result my brows are incredible! I am very fair and was worried they might be too dark but Ruth has such an amazing eye for colour they are really natural and the shape is gorgeous. I cannot recommend Ruth enough, she is so good at what she does! I absolutely love my eyebrows, they are exactly how I hoped they would be. From the first consultation to the appointment for my shaded/powder brows she has been fantastic. Ruth is really thorough and explains her recommendations to suit your needs and skin type. My treatment was painless and I felt at ease the entire time. The setting is also really lovely, super clean and completely relaxing, and she's so friendly it makes the whole experience feel like a real treat.
