Cheyne Walk Orthodontics

Horrible service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here. My dentist referred me to this orthodontist a while ago and my first appointment seemed promising. Despite the eery feeling of the place, I had an X-Ray, 3D scan of my teeth and pictures. They then said I need to wait until a different orthodontist reviews my case and they will call me if Im eligible for braces in around 2 months, this seemed a strange but I didnt question it as this was my first appointment regarding braces. I waited for around 2 months or so and they called me and told me they will book me in for an appointment. They then cancelled the appointment a few days before and said the orthodontist isnt available and said they will call me back to book me in for a new appointment in two weeks. Never called back and ignored me. I heard stories about this place and how they only provide you with good service if you are private and this seems to be true. I now go to a different orthodontist who fitted me with braces on the first appointment I had with him and Im very happy with his service. So again, DO NOT GO HERE!!

Been trying for 30 mins to get an answer from them on the phone and the phone just rung out. I was ringing before 5.30pm and the Google info says they close at 5.30pm. Previously called in February to be told theres no appointments available until the next month is here so I asked so Ive got to wait til next month before I can make an appointment for my child, yes was the answer. How ridiculous that I couldnt book an appointment for my child after school in the near future. And how rude that my calls are not being picked up, not even a voicemail to leave a message on. Going back to my dentist to ask for a referral elsewhere as I cant even make an appointment so god knows what the rest of their service will be like. I need a reliable trustworthy service, this is neither. Zero stars out of 5.

My son was referred to this orthodontists and we are so happy he was. He has only had one appointment so far but from the moment he arrived into the building Julie the manager made him feel at ease and was extremely friendly and reassuring that he knew he was in good hands. Since this appointment I have had to ring the practice several times and on every occasion my queries which were sometimes longwinded were always dealt with in a friendly and very helpful manner by Julie. She is a credit to the team.

My brother has been referred to this orthodontist and when I attended his first appointment with him Julie on reception went out of her way to make him feel at ease and made sure we all felt looked after and welcome.
