        I have been visiting this opticians for many years and been more than happy until this years experience. I expressed my concerns about the atrocious service and catalogue of errors only to be dismissed with a half hearted 'sorry about that' followed by 'shall I take you off our mailing list' clearly I am not profitable enough for this business
