Always warm and friendly, I prefer the more personal touch instead of these fast production line style high street stores where you don't feel like a name but instead more of a number. Here you won't feel like this, Mark and his staff, always make the experience a happy one which is important.

Just had my lenses fitted for a condition called keratoconus and I was in shock how much I could see. I couldn't be happier I nearly hugged the man. It wasn't until I got home that it really hit me what I could see with them on I cannot recommend these opticians enough

Exceeded expectations. 'A high quality eye test, unhurried and with extra options'. A professional, skilled and comprehensive test - the most complete I have ever experienced. Full explanation of my eye health in a way I could understand. A wide selection of frames, advice on selecting the most suitable and fitted with care. Highly recommended.

I found the service to be excellent, all my needs were met as I needed prescription swimming goggles as well as glasses. I was advised well throughout the whole process and am happy with my purchases.

Brilliant service The staff are very welcoming. Great opticians, made me feel at ease and felt very comfortable. My eye test was very thorough, they certainly know what they are doing. Great choice of frames too and great value. I will definitely be returning and would recommend Mark Darling Opticians to everyone
