        I am 100% happy with my new glasses. What with having my cataract removed after so many years and paired up with new glasses. It is wonderful to see my surroundings in all its natual focus again. Many thanks to my optician who made it all possible. Also many thanks to the support staff for their kindness and assistance.         Whilst the first pair of glasses I was given were not right for me and I got a full refund, the feedback I provided was absolutley listened to and I was contacted and offered a follow up appointment and discussed in detail my issues. New glasses were made for me and I was offered a trial to see how I got on with them. Im very happy with my new glasses and I feel that I was listened to and my concerens were addressed and resolved.
