We are always made to feel so welcome by the lovely lady on reception. The staff are attentive and caring, ensuring to involve the residents and make sure everyone feels comfortable whilst we are there.
Residents are well dressed and very engaging during the entertainment.
We always look forward to our visits

I do not believe correct procedures were followed or policy adhered to by the home and although presented in a very different light prior to contract, it is unquestionably all about money!
Within an hour of residency a substantial payment was requested with assurance that this would be reimbursed if necessary. Sadly, after what can only be described as a turbulent and distressing experience for our relative, she passed away . Unsurprisingly the refund process has still not been actioned 10 days later. There is always seemingly a new staff member, who has not yet been trained to carry out refunds. There is no email address and nobody to speak to follow this up. It is now clear as to why rooms were available at Collingtree Park. while other care homes were full with waiting lists. A sad end for a cherished relative whose dignity was lost. With thanks to the few staff who did care and who were equally disappointed with standards.
