However a friend recommended you and you gained our confidence at once, and calmed our frayed nerves. You helped us find a suitable mortgage and also provided support as we negotiated the house purchase with solicitors. Simon is friendly, professional and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond for us, re-writing a mortgage application last minute as the lender moved the goal posts. He worked hard to find the best deal and always communicated regularly with updates, making sure we understood everything.
