I used Salcey Mortgages when selling an apartment and buying a place with my partner. I didnt have the most simple situation as I was tied into a fixed mortgage with my current lender but Tom still explained the various options I had and what that would mean for both my short term and long terms finances, as well as the risks. My mortgage application was initially declined as I had a payment break the prior year due to redundancy but Tom and his team appealed and turned this into a solid mortgage offer for the amount we needed within a couple of days. In the original consultation Tom was so clear in explaining our options using terminology we would understand and it was the least confusing mortgage appointment Id ever had. I would 100% recommend Salcey Mortgages and will use them again when my remortgage is due.

Salcey Mortgages were fantastic, they were recommended by our house builder and we couldn't of been happier. Got us a very competitive rate and made the whole process stress free! would definitely recommend!

Even though we haven't had any mortgage luck as of yet ( not salcey mortgages fault ) from day 1 they have been helpful and kind. When banks stop being silly, I'll be heading straight back to salcey mortgages. I cant recommend enough. - just to add on to this my initial review from 3 months ago , we now have our first home thanks hugely to Salcey mortgages! Amazing service, great people. Our 1 on 1 was with Owen and I honestly can't praise him enough..absolute legend

After being declined by 2 morgage advisors I was losing hope for me and my family and was in desperate need of help as me, my partner and at the time 3 year old son was living in a 1 bedroom flat and all sleeping in the same room. At last hope a friend pointed me in the direction of tom and his team @ salcey moves and i immediately got on the phone to him who instantly reasured me that that although I have adverse credit he could still help us achieve a morgage. Tom and his team didn't only help us achieve a morgage at a great rate with adverse credit they also took care of the sale of our old property with there sister company salcey moves and within a week we sold and purchased property's! Both company's were on the phone when we needed around the clock help especially Dawn @ salcey moves who was constantly reasuring us throughout the journey. We are now moved in to our new home and it's all thanks to Tom and his outstanding team who i really cant thank enough. Thanks Tom
