I have been working with Blubird Care Team Northampton for nearly one year. Among my colleagues I have met many compassionate, flexible, reliable carers, also the helpful and kind office staff and the managemnt who provides the daily advice, the guidance and the support to all of us in the team in the professional manner. I am also grateful for the opportunity for the on-going personal development.

I worked with the team at Bluebird Care Northampton & Daventry for almost a year and I can happily say that it was one of the most worthwhile and rewarding experiences of my life. I learnt a lot during my time here and had the privilege of working with some wonderful and supportive people.

I have been working with Bluebird Care for a short period of time, I am consistently supported, and the staff are friendly within the office and the carers, it is a pleasant company to work with and I am proud to say I work for them. It really shines through how they ensure that quality is always most important with the care they provide and the team that is recruited. I am happy in my workplace and love the job I do.
