        I can't remember the last time I bought anything here. I keep going as a choice for home or DIY but it falls short every time. The lack of trust with customers doesn't make it feel welcoming either. When not buying it would be nicer if that always had a direct flow to the exit. Sometimes it's blocked with stock. For some reason, they've never fixed the toilet, strange for a DIY store! I've IBS, I really need to go when I need to go so I actively avoid places which are not disabled friendly like that

        Loads of choice and great range of bbqs and they had them on sale so perfect for us to replace our well used one that has done us well for the last 10 years!
