My partner and I got engaged at Christmas and while everything is extremely exciting and weve started to plan our special day we both did think it would be a sensible idea to get a prenup drawn up (we both have done this before and while we think its forever we want to be protected). After a turbulent relationship with my daughter and son-in-Law I decided to take action to gain some access to my grandchildren. I was involved in a messy complicated child case. My son told the court and cafcass that he didnt want to see me anymore. My section 7 report was against me. My previous solicitors failed me and told me that I wouldnt get any contact.
