Marvellous therapy from Jen, with a personality that shines through and advice from manager Ben on a range of health issues. Thanks and congratulations October 2022 During the past 12 months my wellbeing and life has been turned round. Support from Ben and regular treatment from Jen has helped me to maintain a positive attitude. During a particularly difficult recent spell of health and skin problems, Jen has pulled me through and it's true to say that two lovely people can be regarded as loyal friends. Love, love, love it here!! Whether for a tea and/ or treatments, pure bliss. Friends commented today on my fresh faced, smooth skin after my cosmetic acupuncture yesterday and asked what have I had done!! Very pleased with the results of my breast acupuncture too!

I always have an incredible experience at 5E, but they never cease to amaze me with their expertise and care. I recently had a full body massage and it was wonderful. I've never felt so well taken care of. You are in excellent hands with Charlene, her skill and attention to detail is unmatched. 5E is definitely worth a visit - they have a wide range of treatments for whatever it is you need. You'll want to try one of their teas too (my favourite being the Tranquilitea) to get the full experience! Highly, highly recommend you stop by.
