        They booked our cruise and did every think they could for us, printed all luggage tickets boarding passes etc.

        In these uncertain times, the value of a really professional travel agent comes into its own. Whilst away, the Covid regulations for returning customers changed twice, but Philippa was in contact with us abroad immediately, and guided us through the new requirements - we were through Border Control within 10 minutes as a result. No question was too much trouble.
