Highly recommend Kelly Oakley and the team at Fine&Country at the Northampton branch. Very communicative, speedy with responses - even outside of '9-5' hours. Kelly really helped the purchase of this property go through at great pace. Having dealt with several other brands of estate agents, I can honestly say Kelly has been by far the nicest and most helpful estate agent we dealt with. Friendly, dispelled jargon, and honest, but demanding enough when actions needed to benefit the process.

I've worked with Jonathan Lloyd-Ham, Manager at the Northamptonshire office, for the last 12 months and can't recommend him highly enough. He's a first rate estate agent and a man with real integrity and compassion. He has excellent communication skills, keeping me fully up-to-date with all developments, however minimal - something that is critical at such a stressful time. He's been endlessly patient throughout several challenging sets of circumstances during the year, remaining calm and objective, giving me wise and timely counsel and achieving a very satisfactory sale. Jonathan is excellent at his job and, more than that, he is a thoroughly nice human being.

Even though we were the buyers, Marie helped us tremendously with advice on how to move the deal forward, always thinking outside the box when delays outside our control happened and her communication was second to none. Buying a house is stressful but having an agent like Marie makes the whole process so much better. 1000% would recommend her

If you want to sell your house then you need to speak to Marie Fritz - the fairy godmother of property! Marie is 100% full throttle from start to finish. She provides 1:1 consultancy, regular updates, has thorough working practices and an outstanding work ethic. I can not fault her. But make sure youre ready to pack your bags as you could be moving sooner than you think!
