I contacted this M-tex in the morning and explained that I needed to replace the crank pulley. They promptly arranged for the car to be dropped off and completed the job on the same day. Additionally, I requested a rod end ball joint to be fitted, but they called me to inform that it didn't require a replacement. I brought my X1 in with a bad vibration issue which wheel balancing had no effect on. The guys managed to find the problem, which was a badly deformed tyre! Bizarre and something I would never have thought of, a new tyre and the car is smooth as silk again. Problem solved at very reasonable cost, will definitely use again, very happy with the service.
