I am an overseas landlord and have used a fair few residential estate agents in Northampton and can confirm Ashby Lowery are by and away the best residential agents in Northampton. Ashby Lowery's Lettings Team led by Reece Clarke is excellent. Olivia Hillery from that team handled a recent letting for me: not only was the letting (including pre and post matters) handled efficiently and without any fuss, I was most impressed by Olivia's professionalism, experience and knowledge. She was responsive to every one of my issues and resolved them promptly. I felt in capable hands throughout the process and had absolute trust in Olivia who has found some lovely tenants for my property.
