We have been dealing with Your Move for 4 years as we originally rented a flat through them but now with the help of the excellent Kingsthorpe branch team Harry, Steph and Naz (mortgage advisor) we have just purchased our 1st house. They were very helpful and kind and kept us updated on the progress of our purchase. Helped push the purchase through and answered all our queries They went above and beyond. Lovely, professional and attentive staff. Harry was brilliant at his job and a great person to deal with, he treated you as an individual not just one of many. Stephanie was knowledgeable and got to understand you as a person very quickly and my dealings with her have been very enjoyable. Only had a very brief exchange with Gemma but she was also very upbeat and encouraging. They all seemed to really care about people which is unusual these days - rewarding and encouraging to see.

Easy experience buying first home. Was listened to about that I wanted, shown different options and advised throughout. Harry was professional and approachable.
