Popped in the other weekend to have a look and ended up buying two pairs - love Jeffery West shoes - staff are amazing

Absolutely amazing experience. Firsty started with an email back and forth with Samantha who had informed me of the styles that were in the the moment along with sizes that they could hold for me for 2 days. Once I arrived I was greeted by Sharon, amazing dress sense, definitely looked the part in Jeffery West, her service was amazing, brought out 3 sizes of the same shoe I had spoken to Sam about prior to my arrival. Sharon already knew who I was and had the 2 sizes ready for me. In the end we decided the size 10 to be the best fit. I met the designer Guy West aswell. Had some great banter with Sharon and Sam in the store aswell. I could not recommend this store much more. If you haven't been to this Head Quarters Store make sure you do. Served with the upmost professionalism with some great humour, one liners, and Sharon even went as far as to take some photos for me, and even borrowed me her jacket/coat to try on with one of the scarfs. All in All money well spent and so happy I popped over there today. I travelled from Birmingham so took 1hr 30mins each way but definitely worth it and will be doing so again soon.
