Rob from Less Than 1% has been my agent twice, once representing the vendor of my first time purchase (so not really my agent but I dealt with Rob frequently), and again a couple years later representing me to sell my property when I moved out of Northampton. Both times Rob has been fantastic. He has been incredibly helpful, honest, and gone above what I would expect from an agent. Less Than 1% also offer a service to photograph your property and I could barely believe I was looking at my own house as the pictures were so nice. For my purchase Rob was able to help move things along quickly as we needed. For my sale, during the time of increasing interest rates, Rob was able to quickly replace my buyer which pulled out, saving me from an expiring mortgage offer which would likely have cost me from now living in my dream house. Rob also provided constant advice where I needed it and never rushed our conversations. I would recommend Rob and Less Than 1% to anyone for selling your property.
