Non existent customer service. When you phone them they say "email technical support and they may get back to you"... They don't. Or "Speak to the company you bought from"... Not much use if one bought second hand. Their customer 'service' is typically of a company that grew and left behind caring for the little customer. Other than that the 1236 is a great piece of hardware.
