        If your looking for something to help mental health and want a fitness in the process then come to combat academy I Absolutely love this place the coach tyrone puts in 200% with each and every single person. The up and coming coaches are the best and full of knowledge and amazing people who always have time for you, Ive made family in this place been going for 2 years now and I would never go anywhere else. Honestly if you want fitness, health and long term friendships this is your place. If I could give more then 5 stars I would!

        I can't recommend this place enough. 5 stars just doesn't do it justice. If your looking to train in kick boxing then look no further.
