I trained at Proaction Martial Arts for a number of years and can confidently say that it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. The instructors not only taught me self-defence techniques and fitness but also instilled in me the values of integrity, self control, indomitable spirit, courtesy and respect. Their supportive and engaging teaching style helped me develop confidence and perseverance, and I still use the skills I learned to this day. The training sessions were challenging yet fun, and the instructors created a welcoming and inclusive environment that fostered growth and development. If you're looking for a place to improve your martial arts skills while also building character and a strong sense of community, this is the place for you.

My son Arley has been attending mighty monkeys and he absolutely loves it. He looks forward to it every week the class are full of skill and technique and the development within him is outstanding I would highly recommend it to anybody who is looking for a club.
