        Fantastic club. Have been a part of the White Tigers now for 9 years. It has helped myself develop as a person both physically and mentally. The instructors are kind, considerate and also encouraging. Would definitely recommend to anyone of any age that wishes to learn a martial art or just exercise in general.

        We have been involved with white tigers taekwondo for 13 years and our children are now 2nd degree black belt, 1st degree black belt and red belts. They have received excellent training and have many medals between them from tournaments. The instructors have great knowledge and lead by example, they want their students to achieve. This is great for self confidence and fitness and a good skill to have.
