This has to be the worst company I have ever tried to buy anything from. I ordered 2 springs from them over 2 months ago. The website said 2-days delivery. Nothing happened so I called and apparently the springs weren't in stock had to be ordered from Germany, but no curtesy email to let me know. I asked if there was a suitable alternative in stock, Jack said he would ring me back. Never did. Rang again for an update 2 weeks later, still in transit, again no curtesy call or email. On every occasion I was promised a phone update, but never received one. At last I was told by William that the springs were being dispatched via DPD, but when I got no delivery message from DPD I called only to be told that they had not yet received the product from Germany. So someone was not being honest, and I feel that I have just been given the run around. Had to cancel my order. 8 weeks wasted. Absolutely appalling customer service.
