I ordered a made to measure double glazed unit. The chap on the phone was friendly and helpful. The unit was good quality, reasonably priced and fitted like a glove. Also, when my friend collected it, he said the people were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. You can't ask for more than that!

Great service from start to finish on multiple occasions, got a few things done by phoenix now, asked for their advice on certain bits and what needed to happen for them to complete the work, got it done to how they wanted it and they was happy to come back to fit the job, would highly recommend

Owner came out measured up for a bespoke shower screen, gave me a price I agreed that price with my client, I went on holiday for two weeks came back it was even started then they told me they wont be doing it. Ive had to go else where its cost me more money more time and delayed the completion of a customers ensuite by 2 months nearly and cost me over 1000. I do not recommend this company the owner didnt call me once to explain, didnt respond to my calls, I went into the office and he walked out jumped in the van and drove off leaving an employee to explain. Awful experience dealing with these

Great. Very helpful, friendly and professional. I didn't however, realise glass was so expensive
