This rating would be zero if it was an option. Don't rely on their guarantee!!The guarantee isn't worth anything as they blame the supplier/fitter, even though the don't inspect the work. That's even if the fitter is approved & authorised by Freefoam - apparently the onus is on you to know exactly how the materials are supposed to be fitted (this includes how many nails have been used per metre etc).
